Ansley Real Estate | Christies International

Lara Dolan and her fabulous team helped us sell our house quickly and efficiently. Lara took care of professional photos, videos and perfect descriptions of our home. She and her team quickly answer requests and accommodate every one in the process. Her follow up was incredible for both sides of the sale. She takes on all challenges herself and helps seller and buyer wherever she can to make the process simple for both sides. Lara also went above and beyond suggesting reliable repair people and movers. There is no area Lara wont find a way to be helpful. We are so thankful that someone recommended Lara and the Ansley group to us and we hope to continue to pass on her information and stand behind our recommendation 100%!!

Brian was absolutely wonderful to work with! As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions, but his knowledge and professionalism made the process smooth and easy to navigate. He guided us through every step and truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. We are thrilled to be starting this next chapter together (with a little one on the way!) and are so thankful for Brians help in making it possible. Highly recommend!!!

Lara was incredible to work with during the purchase of my first home. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions, and she was always available to guide me through the process, from paperwork to closing. Her expertise, responsiveness, and support made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I couldnt have asked for a better agent!

My wife and I recently bought an investment property with Brian, and Ill tell yaaEUR| finding the right property is one thing, but finding the right realtor for an investment property? Thats a whole different rodeo. Brian understood the assignment from day one. He knew we werent just looking for four walls and a roof aEUR" we needed a property that made sense. Something that would cash flow, stay low maintenance, and sit in an area with long-term upside. Every property he showed us checked those boxes first before emotions ever entered the equation. What really stood out was that Brian never tried to aEURoesellaEUR? us on something that didnt fit our goals. He listened. He understood the numbers. He understood risk. And he understood that a good investment property should help you sleep better at night, not keep you up wondering what surprise repair bill is coming next. The whole process felt steady, thoughtful, and professional. No pressure. No wasted time. Just good guidance and smart decisions. If youre looking for somebody who understands real estate from an investors perspective and not just a homebuyers perspective, Brians your guy.

Lara has helped me to find tenants for my rental properties many times. She is always effective, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to using her again in the future. Also, I feel comfortable in referring her to my friends.
